A large hill....a helicopter?
I'm assuming from a small airplane or helicopter. I don't know if my company hires someone to do this or if the building owner procures this service.
Can you tell us what state this is in? What type of prison, maximum, minimum, security? For men or women?
It's a medium security state prison in western Virginia. Both men and women, I believe
