Small Victories

As many of you know, my son, Boo Jr, has experienced some developmental delays. We had a small victory today in his fine motor skills. For the first time, he was able to snap his pants all by himself. We tried and tried and tried to teach that "skill", but it just never seemed to happen. He'd get the two parts all lined up but he just could never get it to snap. I don't know if it was due to poor technique, weak finger muscles, all of the above, or none of the above. What I do know is that I'm so glad he can finally button his own pants.
