Congrats Boo Jr! How much is the tooth fairy leaving these days?

I don't think my son is EVER going to lose a tooth. He'll be 7 in December and hasn't lost one yet and I don't even think any of his teeth are loose! I know the adult teeth are there, I've seen the x-rays, but they're just not coming in! I think it's because he eats so much cheese. The boy could LIVE on cheese. Makes for strong teeth!

Congrats little boo! :)

Kim, if eating cheese makes developing teeth stronger, it seems like it would make them push through earlier rather than later?

I wonder if the age when they first got teeth has to do with it? What age was your son when he first got baby teeth? I remember my granddaughter was 3 months, while her friend was 10 months! She hasn't lost any yet, but she only just turned five. My uncle was born with two teeth and had his picture in the newspaper! lol

I don't remember exactly when he got his first tooth, but I think he was close to a year old.

Boo Jr got a gold dollar coin for losing a tooth.

Boo that's exactly what the tooth fairy brought my boys when they lost their baby teeth!

I bet that's why he hasn't had one out yet then, Kim, maybe sometime in the coming year.

P.S. Hi Newt, where ya been? We've been missing you! :)

Hi gwen, I've been in Virginia, it was time to head back closer to home.

Virginia? Do you like it there? Are you in Northern Virginia or? Are you near the mountains or the water or the city? Are you happy with the move? Do you know if it snows there much? I was thinking yesterday as I was driving in pouring rain that I was glad it wasn't snow.

I certainly can understand you moving closer to your family. That's great. I always thought Virginia would be a nice place to live, (or Colorado) but it's that family thing that keeps me around here. And I love the Adirondacks, well all of NY really. But VA is beautiful too, and I hope you love it there. How do your kids like it? Keep in touch with us! :)
